There are APs you can download for free, such as Breathe and Calm, to get you started. You can download Jacobson’s Progressive Relaxation; a very effective means of releasing stress from your body.
I have also developed a number of techniques that people find very helpful. You can do the strategies privately or even in public and no one will know that you are doing so. The important thing is to learn and practice when you are calm, so the techniques can be utilized effectively during times of high stress.
